usability tip #1: name your teleporters and signs

second life, the fickle being that it is, often decides the textures we’re looking for aren’t the ones it needs to download. when you arrive at a store, looking desperately for the hat department, you just know the sign or teleporter will be the last texture to load. but if it was named “teleport to hats” or “hat dept. sign” you could hold your mouse over it and know where to start walking.
